    Orders are usually shipped the same or next business day. Once dispatched, delivery takes 1–3 business days within Slovenia and 3–7 business days within Europe. You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your order is shipped.

    What materials are your products made from?

    All pieces are handmade using waxed cords; beads and charms are mostly made from brass. Chosen for durability, comfort, and a natural feel, each material is selected individually to match the character of the piece, ensuring long-lasting wear and color stability.

    Can I order a custom or made-to-order piece?

    Yes. For custom or made-to-order pieces, please contact us via Instagram or the contact form on the website. Production time for custom pieces is usually up to one week, depending on the design.

    Do you ship internationally?

    Yes, we ship within Slovenia, across the EU, and to selected international destinations.
    All shipments are sent with tracking so you can follow your order every step of the way.
